So for all those still hypo, here’s you workout.
Warm Up – get out of bed
Aerobic Activity – walk to bathroom
Spot Muscle Exercises:
Arms – unscrew toothpaste cap
– squeeze toothpaste onto toothbrush
– brush teeth
Leg squats – sit on toilet and get up unassisted
Cool Down Activity – shuffle back to bed!!!
