Hi,
I just got back from my gp. He had ordered a series of blood tests and
results were back. Fortunately, all were excellent results. The only
reason he could figure out for exhaustion were “winter” depression.
Maybe he is right—the sun is out today and I’m not near as tired. He
suggested I work less hours, exercise, and get around more bright lights.
Well, I would, but we all know what less hours does for insurance benefits!
He wanted to put me on the “Pr” pill for depression….but I want to know
if anyone else has tried anything else that has helped them through this
type of thing?? I just sleep whenever I am home and have no energy left
over after work.
Any comments would be appreciated.
