In the “old” days I used to put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a simmer. Throw a towel around my head and inhale the steam. Sometimes I dropped a flavored cough drop or lemon drop in the water. I don’t have as many sinus headaches as I used to, but this method still works. It also alerted the family that mom had a dilly. Don’t think I want to squirt something up my nose, but then again you use warm salt water for toothaches. I never had a sinus headache the entire time I was on ptu.

    Hi,
Thanks for the steaming trick. The less medicine the better. It’s garden planting time so this will come in handy.
