I have had the procedures you are getting ready to have but in a different order. The eye radiation side effects are fairly minimal. Steroids with the radiation is almost a must!. The steroids keep the swelling down while the radiation is going on. The eye muscles swell and shrink during the process and the steroids help to even the process out.
The decompression and lid adjustment will provide a major relief fromthe dry eye problem and the appearence aspect. I had my decompressions first followed by lid adjustment. I went through a hot phase after that and that is when I had the eye muscle radiation. I wear ground in prisims in my glasses now and they work great.
Hang in there. Things do get better. Remember we are only a click away.
