I have not posted on the board in along time. But Shannon you are
one of the first person that I started emailing months ago.
You “listened” to my problems and always encouraged me to be strong.
I know that things are not the best right now and I wish your real family
were close and could give you the support you so desperetly need.
But through our correspondence I have found you to be a loving generous
person a person that takes in a poor stray animal because it’s hungry
and you can’t turn it away. Just like you never failed to write me back
in my dark times. Shannon you are my friend and I will always be grateful
    for that.

Hi Jen! Sometimes I don’t check in daily, so sometimes I’m late with replies, but I always respond to anyone in this group when asked. I pretty much let the BB be there for people in crisis during the most acute phase of this illnedd…It does get better.

However, I too suffered with the rash/hives/itchiness esp. during the hypo phase, but even now I itch! And the depression is my worst memory during this time, too….A big, black hole that you can’t seem to crawel out of no matter how hard you try…All you do is cry…I went on paxil…and trazodone for my insomnia complaints and with my thyroid and estrace, it seems to be ok for me. No more “D”‘s..darkness, despair, depression, near divorce (yuk, yuk), disintegration…I could go on and on…but I’m sure you know the words yourself.

Keep me posted on the results of labs and what your endo said about thyroid…Thinking of you…Rachel
