I have had terrible jaw pain for 6 weeks. My first diagnosis was TMJ
then the real diagnosis came along: hyperthyroidism. Is the jaw pain
from hyper or from Sjogren? I was thinking it was still TMJ although
I’ve never had it before in my life. Thanks

One of the way dentists check for TMJ problems is to have you stick your fingers in your ears and move your jaw up and down. If that hurts, it’s an indication of TMJ.
