Graves’ Opthalmopathy and 131I

Ran a search using “131I and Graves’ Disease” and the stuff that came up mostly said that it was “questionable” whether or not 131I exacerbates opthalmopathy but would avoid use in active or progrssive opthalmopathy and that pretreatment with prednisone was not recommended. Hope this is of some help.
