Okay. Here is what worked for me.
If you go to sleep when you want to, and you’re not tired, you will be up until all hours of the night. trust me. If you stay up until you are really tired, and then go to sleep, your sleep will be much deeper. I don’t know if that makes any sense, but they reccomended it on t.v. and i tried it, and it worked really well.
