I was wondering if any othamologist mentioned that it takes 2or3 years
for the eyes to burn itself out? this is what I was told frankly I don’t
know what that means. It’s been over 3 years for me and lately they
are hurting more, I know the computer contributes a little to this so
I increased the fonts.I know we can’t mention names of specific products
on the BB. If someone knows of a great cream that keeps your eyes from
drying out at night, also eye drops that work well could you please
e-mail me? the products that I use now seem to be useless, I’m finding
it difficult to get a good nights sleep because of this. any suggestions
      would be appreciated, Shannon.

        Hi Shannon

Normally what I hear is the disease stops attacking the eyes after 18 months to 3 years. It was about 18 months for me. This isn’t to say that you won’t continue to have discomfort with the eyes because of dry eyes, etc though, but they usually will stop getting worse as far as bulging out more.

You should be using some type of eye lube at night if you aren’t already and if your eyes aren’t closing, some people may have other suggestions for ya.
