Dear Grave Disease Warriors and Warriors in Training…..

I have been fooling around with a little database as I read posts.
Wasn’t sure at first if I have energy to do what it deserves, but
I keep going to it so here is the idea…

The info I am seeking to collect is in this format

Name ( give me an initial too.. Julies and sues are plentiful)
Age NOW
Gender
Locale (state if USA or country otherwise)
AGE AT and DATE OF ONSET and DIAGNOSIS (if different, say so )
TREATMENTS WITH DATES AND DETAILS as able
EYE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENTS. IMPORTANT WHEN DID EYE PROBLEMS OCCUR?
SYMPTOMS WHILE HYPERTHYROID
WEIGHT LOST OR GAINED WHILE HYPERTHYROID? HOW MUCH?
EVER BEEN HYPOTHYROID? when and how long?
OTHER ( carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia, etc you know
the stuff we all wonder about.)
POST TREATMENT SYMPTOMS. ( Okay, you had RAI and now all is fine or…)

So make suggestions and tell me however much you want… I will honor privacy
some of you have put out your last names, tell me if you want a code name.

Hi Jeannette! This is a great idea – and a lot of work! Thanks for taking the time to collect all of this info that we all wonder about. I will gladly send my info to you soon.
