Thanks for sharing your positive thoughts on radiation. I feel better knowing you had a good experience and that it helped. Did you have swollen eyelids and bags under your eyes before treatment? I can barely face myself in the mirror when I get up in the morning. I’m praying this will not only arrest the progression of the eye disease, but will help be get rid of this droopy houndog face I’ve acquired. I shouldn’t get my hopes up, since the optho said I may still want to consider plastic surgery on my eyelids down the road. I would definitely have it done. My fear is that what if I spent the money for plastic surgery and then my eyelids still filled up with fluid. What a waste! Anyway, I’m seeing the radiologist on Tuesday. I’m happy you wrote.
