I don’t know if I’ll have time to post in the next couple of days. I am packing for a month’s vacation, leaving Tuesday. I am sooo excited about this trip. I am going to France (among other places), which is a favorite place of mine. But, more importantly, I finally feel healthy enough to plan a long, and relatively strenuous trip. HURRAH!!! (Strenuous?? We are taking our three kids with us. You may remember that most of the wars in Europe (with the possible exception of WWII) started with family squabbles. ; ) )

Anyway, I’ll be away from the board until mid-August.

Bobbi I hate seeing you leave for vacation. You seem so knowledgeable on thyroid problems and symptoms. I don’t know if you read my posting earlier but please do regarding the sore mouth and tell me what you think. For the last two weeks I have felt totally overmedicated on PTU. Even my coworkers notice it, by afternoon I have a glassy unaffected stare and can’t even think. Last Friday I got fed up with it all and took myself off of the PTU entirely. I probably shouldnt have but I feel better today than I have felt for six weeks!!
