I’m not good at swallowing big capsules (big to me is relative!) and with this scan coming up on Monday, I know I’m faced with swallowing a big pill again. Last time, the technician stood over me yelling, “Swallow it, girl, NOW!” while I gagged and sputtered.

They have told me that this pill is the size of a tylenol capsule (which I can’t understand why it would be smaller here than it was in FL) and they do not have any liquid form to take. (Drats).

Does anyone have any tried and true method for forcing themselves to swallow a big pill? I could use some good techniques!
