    I tried to post an answer to your survey to your e-mail a few weeks ago . Then I was deathly ill for a little while (a whole ‘nother story) and when I got back to the computer there was a message from someone that I had e-mailed the wrong address. So I need your e-mail address again and the questions too if you have them handy ( I have them filed pretty deep and I’m still really sick so it would be MUCH easier for me if you could give the ?s to me again.
