How many of you that have been on prednisone for any lenght of time have developed high sugar levels? I know if you are on this medication for any length of time you are prone to getting diabetes. Is there anything you can do to prevent it–such as a special diet? My levels are getting pretty high. I am on 20mg of prednisone a day.
