Aloha Everyone!

Hope everyone is doing okay today. I got my blood levels back today and I have a question.

First the levels…
Free T4 – 1.2 (0.9 – 2.0)
TSH – 0.03 (0.24 – 3.80)
Antibodies – >90 (<2.0)

Okay, I know we’ve talked about this before, but I can’t remember and I can’t seem to find the relevant posts, so please forgive me for being redundant. What causes the TSH to be so low and the free T4 to be in normal range? According to my doctor, I shouldn’t be experiencing hyper symptoms, but he’s willing to accept that it’s possible at least.
