I hadn’t realized that spoonerisms (love that word!) were a typical GD symptom. That’s been a typical speech pattern of mine also, with this disease. It is especially aggravating when having a “typical marital snit” and I can’t argue back intelligently!; but rather like a sputtering idiot! Of course, then HE REALLY thinks he’s the King of the Hill!
