      Hi Rachel! Well, good news? Not so good news? How did your appointment go today? Fill us in, when you get the chance.

      A good night’s sleep or power naps seem to be the answer for me, also. I’m so glad you finally could relax and snooze. Eventually your goal should be sleep without meds – that day will come.

      In answer to your question, yea, Minnesota gets a lot of snow! I only hate it when I have to drive in it, although you get used to that, too. By the way, I tend to have my best snoozes during our Minnesota blizzards! :)
