I occasionally use capsules of valerian root, they don’t taste as bad. I also use magnesium tablets and milk to help fall asleep. That works best for me, I don’t wake up groggy in the morning.

But that tastes so bad is like a punishment. I’m alread sick I don’t want yucky tea. I think I will try the capsules of it instead.
