I have had Graves Disease since 1991, and my younger sister has recently been diagnosed with the same disease. We were just wandering if this is going on in any other families out there. Please write back and let us know!!

Although I have two sisters who to date have not been afflicted with GD (thankfully) I think it’s is interesting to note that my mom developed GD while pregnant with me. I would love to know if there is any connection between this and the fact that I have such a severe case of GD. Good luck to both you and your sister.
