Hi Katylyn,
I have been in remission for 4 years now and have not noticed any weight
gain. I actually found myself less tired after reducing hormone levels
and had no problem exercising 20-30 minutes every other day.
Plenty of people whose bodies are not ravaged by excess thyroid hormones
are able to stay quite thin. Since you are probably naturally thin, you
should have no trouble at all maintaining your weight with a good diet
and only a moderate amount of exercise.
