Hi Steve! Starting on 0.1 mg. of thyroid replacement sounds quite typical. You probably won’t notice much change for at least a week, and if you’re lucky you’ll slowly start to feel better within several weeks, and hopefully in a few months you’ll feel great again. Your TSH levels will be monitored and your levothyroxine dose adjusted as needed.

Other problems can develop, but probably won’t. . .so just take care of yourself and keep talking! (I want to hear about it!)
