Hi,
You are not alone! When I was hyper, I was dropping off whenever
I sat down, and not due to insomnia as I was sleeping about 12
hours a night and sometimes about 3 hours in the afternoon too!
It does get better though – I can manage on about 8 hours a night
now – there is so much more time in the day now I don’t sleep all
the time! Hope you get sorted soon,
