i havent eaten a vegetable in over 10 years and i still got a goitre.
i got a very enlarged goitre. docs dont know why.
oh well…just my luck.

Thanks Carol, I printed up your post to put with the other edible
info. I am probably not nor ever have been in danger of eating too
many vegetables. Other “food groups” perhaps… Kiwis grow here in my county ( Northern California)
but maybe I’ll buy a NZ one soon in honor of you! Jeannette
PS Jalee is on meds too, and like and me only seeking to augment adjunctively
while the thyroid is controlled.
