That poor child !
I just watched a movie last week-end about this very same subject. It is based on a true story. It’s a new release and I rented it at Blockbuster.
The name of it is “First Do No Harm” . The star is Meryl Streep and it is the story of a family with an epileptic child who were forced to continue strong meds against their better judgment. It’s hard to watch, but the ending has some very good alternatives to consider just in case your daughter’s EEGs have an abnormality.
I pray that everything is perfect when she has her tests.

BTW–as one mother to another–the movie has a good ending. The child recovered beautifully.
