Good luck with the RAI. I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and I know exactly what you mean. They aren’t old enough to understand why Mommy gets so mad at them or never seems happy anymore. I still have that problem sometimes when my levels lean toward hyper again.
When I had the RAI, I spent the weekend with my Mom and let my husband take care of the kids. Limiting exposure to the little ones is a good idea but hopefully they will explain that all to you.
