    Shannon,

This happened to me and I finally figured out it was caused by my set-back thermostat. At night, I’d pile up the covers, because the house was cold. In the morning, before I got up, the house would warm up and I would wake up soaked. I stopped using the set-back feature, and no longer wake up wet.

    Barb I hope it’s not menopause, I’m only 30!
Glad to hear that you received help for the problem.
    Take care,

    Shannon,

I also went through the sweating thing.. really gross. I would have to
get up and change clothes before I could fall back asleep! I have no idea
what caused it. It came out of no where and then left after about a month.
I hope it also leaves you soon too.

I have, what I call attacks, when I just perspire so much that within two minutes my hair (short) is saturated. this is when I’m awake. Afterwards I start that heavy sick feeling, I sleep, or eat prawns or spinach and feel better. Don’y ask me why It just helps. Luckily I love prawns.

    SWEAING!!!!
I could be freezing..the next minute I break out in a sweat……during the day. I have a appointment next week with my doc…see what my levels are. I have been feeling better. I even notice my hair taking a different shape…the reason is that I notice my hair is starting to grow back…..THANK GOD!!!!!!! I have my fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
