In addition to some of the info I gave the other day there are some lower tech ideas. If your not generally a coffee drinker a strong strong 8 oz cup with 600 mg ibuprofen can help. Also years ago I used to take a plum pit and steep it with some innocuos tea then drink. Willow bark tea works well on an episode by episode basis. Feverfew works great as a preventative. Takes a few weeks for benefit to sink in. any natural food store or drugstore should have these things. for sleep nothings better than melatonin. fast non druggy after affect etc. BUT it can impair fertility in women because it can stop ovulation its actually used as birth control in some places. the fact that it can affect a womens reproductive system makes me suspicious that it might also affect a mans fertility in some way. check it all out with a naturopath ,homeopathic doctor or an especially wise store owner. lots of times if you can get rid of the headache the backache goes away or vice versa. they can both be muscular tension—really painful don’t forget barometric pressur affects headache pain and other pain too . headaches during storms i.e. hurricanes are brutal. good luck —-kendra

I was taking medication called Migrazone for my migranes..
& just like my thyroid, my head is stubborn too ;-(
I don’t think my body responds well to ANY medication.
Like you, I’m now trying to battle the headaches/ migranes
          on my own. Take care.
          Julie.
