I know how you feel. My husband and I wanted our kids to be about 3 years apart, but it won’t happen for us either. Our son is 2 and will be 3 in August. I’m still on Depo shots and still fighting GD. I was diagnosed with it when our son was 14 months old.
Be very careful about getting pregnant while hypo. The latest research shows that low thyroid hormone levels are proving to cause mental retardation. That is an awful big risk to take.
Good luck to you in your decisions and in getting your levels normalized before that 6month time frame is up.
