This is my first time attempting to post a follow-
up. I was diagnosed with Graves Disease almost 2
years ago. I was treated with Radioactive Iodine
shortly after and 4-5 months later became “under-
active.” Somewhere during that time my eyes went
from the swelling to bulging. My main concern is
that one eye is much worse than the other. Is
this unusual, I know no one else with this disease and
have not had much luck with getting any information
from my doctor other than my blood levels.
I hope to be a candidate for decompression surgery
but I would like to hear from more people who can
tell what I can expect.
Please tell me it gets better.
