Help. I need some moral support. That’s what we’re here for, isn’t it? I hate my new boss. I’ve been self employed for most of 3 years and seem to have found the worst person around to work for. I’m not alone. It seems to be the concensus amoungst the staff and the person I’m replacing was his business partner who is not only leaving but trying to sell his shares in the Company and wash his hands of the whole place. I’m asking myself “What have I gotten myself into?” Words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
