    Don’t mean to put down everything you say, they are really good ideas, but I’ve tried this too. The problem: If I just move a little bit (which is almost impossible not to do for me being so hyper) she yells at me and tells me to go out. She’s the one that doesn’t want me in the bed with her until she is sound asleep so I don’t bother her. Trust me, I’d love to be able to sleep with her.

    Next time this happens (it’s too late for this time!) why don’t you just go lay down next to your wife and hold her? If you can’t sleep, at least you are with the one you love. Sometimes that is enough to relax you into falling asleep. And I am sure she would appreciate the company once in a while!

    PS: And instead of soldier and soldierettes, how about warriors? Women can be warriors too, you know.
