Hi – I am taking 10mg methimazole x2/day and atenolol at night. I am still having bad days. Many of which the fatigue just takes over me. I can do simple things, but if any exercion is involved I get very tired. I can tell the medicine is working because my heart rate is much lower, was at 123 a week and a half ago. It’s probably at like 100 now. I am noticing something is going on with my eyes. Sore in the morning and very puffy. Today, I had a blurry spell. Lasted about 1 minute. I know this is to be expected, but the protruding eyes scare the heck out of me.
I hope you will not need to go in the hospital, but if this is what you need, then I pray for a quick recovery. Take care, Kristi
