Okay, I actually looked this info up. If you are talking about
the book titled “Your Thyroid: A Home Reference,” it was written
by Lawrence D. Wood, David S. Cooper and E. Chester Ridgeway.
It is a publication of the Thyroid Foundation of America, Inc.
(I got this info from their homepage.) You can purchase it
directly from them (that’s how I got my copy) or find it at a
local bookstore. I’ve seen it at Barnes & Noble before, if
you have one in your area. It is a good book. My endo loaned
me his copy after my *first* appointment with him. It answered
a lot of my questions….now that I think about it, that was probably
his intention, so that I wouldn’t have to ask him!
