what were your tsh levels??
I too recently went down and feel poopy–it has been eight weeks–long enough i think to adjust…..but feel more tired than ever before…my tsh was .770 and is now 1.75 doesnt seem bad but i swear there is a delay in how i feel and what my levels show.,,,,but alas you have to wait t to have physical proof on paper for them to do anything…………….i can relate to your situation
I don’t know if I am understanding your chart correctly, but it looks like
your TSH is very depressed <0.1 and is consistent with your high
T4 readings. Note that if you go by only these two readings and not
the free T3 ( which you were very lucky to even get this test any more)
they would be reducing thyroid replacement hormones even more. I forget
whether you are receiving ATD for a hyperthyroid at this time or are
on replacement therapy.
It looks as if you don’t have much T3, the hormone that does everything
in your body cells. If you are on replacement therapy, you may be having the
same problem as me. LOOOOW T3 and TSH and T4 in okay ranges.
So are you feeling hyper or hypo.
We need to start documenting these cases where TSH values do not reflect
how your feeling in a structured, organized, and presentable manner.
Then we talk to the professional endocrine groups because they control
our treatments.Hi Joan
It’s incredible isn’t it? I started back to teaching in September and each day is getting worse! Total fatigue and I mean fatigue and tired starts to set in about 2pm By 6pm my bodt temp is down to 36*C/96*F. But because of my TSH and T4 showing hyperthyroid the NEW doctor said there was nothing wrong with me. I insisted on a T3 and a referral to a specialist. I have to wait until end of October for specialist, but she has ordered every test in the book:-TSH totalT4 free T4 Total T3 Free T3 TBG antibody and a bunch of other blood chemistry tests. The doctor phoned my husband with the strange results showing that I was Hyperthyroid on TSH, high normal on T4 and low normal on T3. He just gave my husband the results. He made no comment and did not offer to increase my thyroxine. I am on total replacement following RAI last January.
