The relaxation book is ‘The Relaxation & Stress Reduction Workbook’ by Martha David, Elizabeth Robbins Eshelman, and Matthew McKay. You don’t need the hard cover book, just the soft cover workbook.
Topics are Progressive Relaxation, Self-Hypnosis, Meditation, Autogenics, Visualization, Refuting Irrational Ideas, Nutrition, Coping Skills Training, Biofeedback, Exercise, Assertiveness, Thought Stopping, Time Management, Breathing, Cue-Controlled Relaxation, and Quick Relaxes.
Had to go a large store chain to find it, the small store chains like Waldenbooks didn’t carry it but would order it. (Actually, my wonderful husband drove through the city in a downpour to get it for me as soon as we found out who carried it! He realizes more than I do how much I need help!)
