don’t need the hard cover book, just the soft cover workbook.

Coping Skills Training, Biofeedback, Exercise, Assertiveness,
Thought Stopping, Time Management, Breathing, Cue-Controlled Relaxation,
and Quick Relaxes.
Had to go a large store chain to find it, the small store chains like
Waldenbooks didn’t carry it but would order it. (Actually, my wonderful
husband drove through the city in a downpour to get it for me as soon
as we found out who carried it! He realizes more than I do how much
I need help!)
