Hi! I know how you feel. It took a good 3 weeks for my Tapazole to kick in, and I’m beginning to feel semi-normal (as normal as I guess I can get!) most days. I, too, was SO relieved to know that it wasn’t just me going crazy. I was diagnosed in December, saw my endo on January 10th, and he’s stabilized me with the Tapazole. I go for my first RAI on Tuesday. He assures me this process will take 6 to 8 more months, but at least now the path is predicable and explainable! Keep showin’ up here, there’s a lot of inspiration goin’ around, and it helps more than anything to have other people who understand what it’s like. Love and Peace to you this day. Sharon T.

Thank you so much for the response. I’m going to check out the free t-3 and t-4 test. The Cytomel that I mentioned in my last message is a T-3 drug and that’s what pushed me over the edge. Thanks again, Valerie

Valerie, Welcome! I was also just diagnosed so I don’t have any answers. But I have many of the same sypmtoms you have:

MVP, unrecognizable handwriting, chest pains (just recently), hot, headaches. etc.

I guess we can learn this stuff together ;) karylinn
