When you e-mail him, use lower case letters “physician@endocrinology.com”
Also, try going to the site this way, “http://www.endocrinology.com/indexendo.htm”

Right now he has no thyroid articles loaded, but plans to in the future.
The main use for this site now is to e-mail him with questions, which
he is kind to offer to answer!

I never dealt with the “visitor” thing. Use the URL the way I have it
above, that might be what avoids that glitch.

Finally got it to work. Rapid response. Way faster than my HMO.
