Hello Miriam,
I sure can relate to what you’ve been feeling and I know its a very
annoying, scary feeling! When I feel like that I just try to relax with
some breathing exercises and some relaxing exercises and I what helps
me the most is to pray to Jesus for peace, not peace of the world, but
peace that he can only provide peace for the mind, spirit and body!
