      hi Mary
first thing on your list should be to chill out.
      dont get yourself worked up.
your sick you have graves disease and just out of a thyroid storm.
      your alive.
im 20 not even in college. been sick for 2 years. lost a child. lost a husband.
im the happiest person alive because i am alive.
take your pills like you should. or you will just go through another storm.
if its PTU then take Minute Maid orange juice with it. it works wonders:) you wont ever taste that nasty stuf again.
i guess thats all i can say.
if you need to talk. im here. ill be more cheerful:)

I don’t mean to sound like your mother, but you really need to take your medications. If you are on PTU, my motto is “Yes it tastes bad, but it’s better than dying!” I, fo a long time, would not take my meds like I was supposed to and my life seemed so crazy. Now, I have just decided that I have to take them whether I like it or not. I guess part of that was the birth of my son; I realized if I were to get really sick or something, I could leave my baby orphaned. Just think of who you make happy by being better—yourself, your friends, your family ,and your loved ones. Just take them and I guarantee you will feel alot better. Since I have started taken mine everyday, I feel better, I don’t get sick as easily, and my life seems to be calming down…
