      Way to go, Bro!!! So glad to hear this has made a difference for you.
      Jake and I are always worrying about you. Guess this goes to show how
      bad smoking makes people feel and that there is hope and health in quitting. Continued success to you!

        gee i cant belive myself no power
        i let myself down today by
        having a couple of smokes was doing so
        well than in class today a major babe went
        for a smoke break and i had to join her gee
        i messed up i hope i can attemp this smoking
        again you where all so supported thanks for
        the help steve :)

          Steve, just start again and don’t feel like you failed. I too have been trying to quit for five weeks now. Pneumonia sort of made the decision for me in the beginning and I thought after not smoking for several weeks it would be easier. Actually I feel like I could chew one up and swallow it, but I’m going to do it. You too. I did fall off the wagon last Saturday when I noticed my eyes were swelling again, but realized that was a rationalization response. Hang in there and just keep going from another square one when you need to. I know – it ain’t easy!
