      Happy New Year to you too ,Darlene, and to all.
      I am familiar with hard winters too. Actually, my favorite form of aerobic exercise is to ride a stationary bike. It is an excuse to get off my feet and read a magazine or watch some tv. If you want to exercise with weights, an easy way to start at home is to use a couple of cans of food. You don’t need to use heavy weigths to benefit from this type of execise. As for aerobic exercise, any kind of activity (ie; dancing at home) done on a regular basis helps a lot to keep the weight from going up. By the way, does the Wed chat group still get together?
