I was diagnosed with GD in April of 1997
After initially being treated with Tapazole,
I become hypo and was treated with a
combination of Tapazole/Synthroid from
September to last of Nov. I have been off all
meds for about five weeks. Thus far I am in
remission according to symptoms and labs.

Hi Denise,
Did you always have pain in your legs…especially your calves? I have been noting some calf pain after work…..I am on my feet all day.
How is your weight? Did you gain alot…..with exercising and eating sensible…….is your weight down?
Did you ever get a bone density test done?
