    The previous message was supposed to be an E-MAIL to Rachel, who is also a nurse that just went back to work. This is embarrassing! But at least my apology is done. I have lost a lot of weight, but it is not because of any effort. The effort was in getting my level balanced for the first time–ever. I will have had Graves’ for ten years this March. These remaining pounds belong to me, not my thyroid. The others belonged to Prednisone and being really hypo for over a year. So, hang in there!
