      Sorry to read that you’re going through the sleep thing. I can’t stress enough the importance of sleep! Two things to consider: 1. Are the anti-depressants inhibiting your sleep? I’ve heard that some act as stimulants. 2. Ask your doctor about taking something to help you sleep. Avoid the basic narcotics…my doc said that the problem is that they don’t give you the “right” kind of sleep. Instead, try a muscle relaxant. It gets your body in the relaxed state it needs to be to get the right kind of REM sleep, so vital in warding off depression and alleviating fibromyalgia symptoms. And good luck!
