Yes April, one can have surgery once the eyes become stable after radiation.For the puffiness, you can have fatty decompression(which I just had)It gets rid of all the puffiness under the eyes and on the lids. You can also have surgery to move the eyes back into position. Much has been written on the BB about this surgery. Hope this helps…gwen
