      I know you are as I am skeptical of my chiropractor’s expertise, but he immediately toook me off the blue packet sweetner . He doesn’t know if there’s a correlation but it is so bad for you.

      As far as exercise goes, I feel best when I jog or walk . It keeps my heart rate regulated. It doesn’t go up much with exercise. My family doctor felt that by being in shape, my body was compensating for hyper symptons. I will keep right on going at it .

        Hi Diane,

        It’s great that you’ve started an exercise routine.
        I find that exercising regularly makes me feel much better.
        Maybe you should, for the moment, concentrate on how
        much better you are feeling physically.
        If you keep up your routine you will certainly lose weight.
        It’s much better to lose the pounds over time rather then
        to quickly.
