    Dee,
I talked with a couselor on the phone yesterday who has graves disease and she said I may
bwe going through menopause. I don’t have any female organs at all. Had
hysterectomy when I was 31. I am now 44. I take ogen. A doctor also told my sister she may be going through meno, and she doesn’t have female organs either. Guess you can go through it without
    the essentials. Go figure.

What about you, Steve? Any menopausal symptoms or are you too young? I’m just joking – he he he, I didn’t want to leave you out. Aren’t I thoughtful? Ha Ha

I had FSH and Lsh hormones tested the 1st wek of June and was told that there was no sign of menopause. 7 weeks later my gyno re-tested and told me I am post menopausal. All 3 docs that I see can’t explain how this could happen so quickly.I’m 44 but all 3 docs thought it was very quick and strange.

Hi Denise! FYI, I think I started to experience early menopause at age 46 just before the Graves started. Now, I am healed of Graves and my menses have returned, along with feeling great! Guess the blahs of a couple of days of menstruation is worth it! Went about a year without a period, ditched my supplies, and was I ever surprised last month! A naturopath I consulted said that Graves can be related to lowering levels of estrogen, which affects the thyroid output. Anyway, I’ll take cramps instaed of Graves any day! Love and blessings to you, Sharon
