I have been taught that water is a ntural diueretic. When you drink lots of water it carries out, molecule by molecule various wastes and mineral
soluables, salts that can cause retention. So water ultimately allows
fluids to leave swollen tissue. Drinking enough water seems to be a habit
that is easy to lose. When weather changes, example cold and snow,
we don’t get the drink trigger as easily, but it suppose to be as important as on a hot day.Jeannette
